At QuickStore, we take pride in offering unique AI-generated artwork. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The artwork must be in its original condition, unframed, and undamaged.
Digital downloads are not eligible for return once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at returns@quickstore.com to initiate a return.
Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for AI-generated artwork due to its unique nature. If you wish to purchase a different piece, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom-sized or specially commissioned AI-generated artwork is not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping or fundamentally different from the agreed-upon specifications.
QuickStore reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. We may also update this policy from time to time. Please check our website for the most current version of our return policy.
